Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

Technical Issue: If there is a significant technical problem with your delivered clips (e.g., audio/video corruption, missing files, or unusable formatting) that cannot be resolved through revisions, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.

Non-Delivery: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your clips within the agreed-upon timeframe and cannot provide an updated delivery estimate, you are eligible for a full refund.

Revision Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the editing quality or branding of your clips, we offer up to two rounds of reasonable revisions per order at no additional cost.
